This document sets out the rules and conditions governing the use of the 80350 platform by all registered users in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.
Acceptance of Terms & Conditions
By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the 80350 platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using our platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and 80350 ("Platform"). The platform reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, and such changes take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. Your continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
The 80350 platform is intended exclusively for individuals aged 18 and above who reside in Malaysia. Users who register using false information or who do not meet these eligibility requirements may face immediate account suspension or closure.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold one account only. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, date of birth, phone number, and a valid email address. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended and any remaining funds forfeited at the platform's discretion.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. 80350 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately. The platform is not liable for any losses resulting from passwords that have been shared or inadequately secured.
User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for ensuring that all activities carried out through their accounts are lawful and compliant with applicable regulations in Malaysia. The platform must not be used for any illegal activities, including money laundering, fraud, or any form of system abuse.
Platform Usage Rules
Users are prohibited from using any automated software, bots, scrapers, or other unauthorised tools to access or interact with the platform. Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit technical bugs, or disrupt platform operations may result in immediate account suspension and legal action where applicable.
Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the 80350 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following terms govern deposits, withdrawals, and all other financial transactions.
Deposits
- Deposits can be made via FPX (all major Malaysian banks) and Touch 'n Go eWallet.
- All deposits are in MYR and are credited instantly upon successful bank verification.
- 80350 does not accept third-party deposits. All funds must originate from a bank account or e-wallet registered under the user's own name.
- The platform reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) before processing deposits or withdrawals that exceed a certain amount.
Withdrawals
- Withdrawal requests will be processed within 24 to 48 business hours upon completion of identity verification.
- Withdrawals will only be credited to the same bank account used for the deposit.
- The platform reserves the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawals while an investigation is conducted if suspicious activity is detected on an account.
- Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and can be reviewed in your account dashboard.
Liability Limits & Account Policy
Platform Liability Limits
80350 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including service interruptions due to system maintenance, third-party network issues, or circumstances beyond the platform's control.
While we strive to keep the platform running smoothly at all times, we do not guarantee that the service will always be available without interruption or free from technical errors. Users are advised not to make financial decisions based on an assumption of continuous platform availability.
Account Suspension & Closure
80350 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, multiple account registrations, or any conduct deemed harmful to the platform or other users. In cases where an account is closed due to a terms violation, any remaining funds in the account may be forfeited upon completion of an investigation.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the 80350 support team. Any valid remaining balance will be returned to the user once the identity verification process is complete and there are no active disputes relating to the account.
Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
All content on the 80350 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and user interfaces — is the intellectual property of the platform and is protected under Malaysian copyright law. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 80350.
The platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes. 80350 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Access to third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Amendments to Terms
80350 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time at our sole discretion. Amendments take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. We will endeavour to notify users via email or in-platform notifications when significant changes are made. However, it remains the user's responsibility to check this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts. Should any provision of these terms be found invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
